Downloading
Open ShoutAbout-Setup.exe when it's done. Windows asks first (see below). Then click Yes, Next and Finish: ShoutAbout starts next to the clock and walks you through the rest. See the steps.
Windows will ask first
Until the Microsoft Store version is ready, Windows shows “Windows protected your PC” when you open the installer, because it doesn't know ShoutAbout yet. Click More info, check the app is ShoutAbout-Setup.exe, then click Run anyway. If your browser says the file isn't commonly downloaded, choose Keep.
On PCs with Smart App Control turned on, Windows blocks the installer without a Run anyway button. The Microsoft Store version will fix that too.

Mac

Downloading
Open ShoutAbout.dmg when it's done and drag ShoutAbout into Applications. Open it, then click Open when macOS asks about an app from the internet. A yellow mouth appears in the menu bar and walks you through the rest. See the steps.
Checked by Apple
The Mac app is signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so there are no security warnings to get around: the first time, macOS just asks whether to open an app from the internet. Then it asks once for the microphone and once for Accessibility, which is what lets ShoutAbout paste where you're typing.

iPhone
Coming soonTalk into your iPhone. It writes the words itself and copies them, or sends them to your computer to type. Press the Action Button and a little mouth pops up in the Dynamic Island.
A beta first
The iPhone app starts on TestFlight, Apple's app for trying new apps. Install TestFlight from the App Store, then open the beta link on your iPhone. The App Store version comes later.
